1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betcin ("betcin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betcin website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with betcin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betcin Platform and close your account. betcin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with betcin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations as overseen by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of betcin or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the betcin Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

betcin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by betcin may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) betcin account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. betcin will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betcin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify betcin immediately via our support channels.

betcin reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where betcin reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

betcin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. betcin does not accept deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties.

All deposits are credited to your betcin account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. betcin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. betcin reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same betcin account, except where betcin expressly approves an alternative arrangement.

betcin reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on the betcin Platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

betcin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• betcin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit promotions through systematic play, collusion, or the use of automated software is prohibited.
• betcin reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a promotion has been abused.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the betcin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. betcin's live casino, slot, bingo, and table game offerings are provided by certified third-party game studios whose RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are independently audited for fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, betcin will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with the relevant game provider's policies. betcin's decision in such matters shall be final. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at betcin's discretion.

betcin reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a software bug, or in circumstances that betcin considers to be manifestly unfair or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betcin Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players or betcin employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior authorisation from betcin.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your betcin account.
• Engaging in any conduct that betcin reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or betcin staff.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the betcin Platform — including but not limited to the betcin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of betcin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any betcin content without the prior written consent of betcin. Unauthorised use of betcin's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

betcin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at betcin Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. betcin implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information.

betcin may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR or other regulatory and law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with betcin's legal obligations and do not constitute a breach of betcin's privacy obligations to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betcin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

betcin's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betcin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betcin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11 Suspension & Termination

betcin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if betcin reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if betcin is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom that are subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your betcin account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.

12 Responsible Gaming

betcin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betcin's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact betcin's support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for betcin to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
